**About the Role**

The industry is calling for better communication and we are listening. Customers come to us because we provide industry-leading customer service by maintaining a ‘zero where is’ policy. In other words, our customers rarely need to call us because we are on top of communicating order updates and organising freight. Most importantly, we do not shy away from difficult conversations when problems or delays arise. The Relationship Manager role is the embodiment of honest, transparent, and dependable communication. It is laser-focused on building strong customer relationships with new and existing customers and ensuring stress-free, consistent and dependable results.

**About You**

Positive, proactive, highly organised, and people-centric, should all describe your personality. Transparency and honesty are key to your communication style, and you can find a way to relate with people from all walks of life. Anticipating problems comes naturally to you and you work well with others to prevent them. When problems are unforeseen, you aren’t afraid to let customers know you are working to find a solution and create a positive outcome. You’re the type of person who will jump in the car to visit a customer since you know it develops rapport and solves problems quickly.

**What Else**

Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Customer Service Manager or Supervisor is a must, preferably within a manufacturing or trade services industry. Previous experience in the metal coating industry is an added bonus.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
