**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Jewellery Design and Creation**: Design and create custom jewellery pieces based on customer specifications and current trends.
- **Jewellery Repair**: Perform repairs on various types of jewellery, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct thorough quality control checks on all jewellery pieces to ensure they meet our standards.
- **Customer Collaboration**: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and creating custom designs.
- **Tool and Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain and operate jewellery-making tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in jewellery design and manufacturing.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience as a jeweller, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Proficiency in working with gold, silver, platinum, and various gemstones.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful, high-quality jewellery.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
