Offside Newtown is seeking an experienced, reliable and passionate Café Barista to join our team. We are a small, team focussed café which value a work life balance. We all work closely together therefore a positive, high-energy attitude is a must. We pride ourselves on being a friendly place to work and we value our staff.

Applicants who may be interested in this position must be willing to work one weekend day, have experience as a Barista and in the cafe industry, and be an all-round team player with a can-do attitude.
- Adjust and correct machine and grinder settings
- Have experience making all types of espresso coffee
- Produce consistent, high-quality coffee
- Deal with daily opening and closing of the coffee machine
- Supervise daily operations
- Work autonomously and as part of a team
- Have excellent customer service
