Are you ready to lead a transformation that directly impacts sales performance and business growth? We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to reimagine and elevate our Sales Incentive Program (SIP)—bringing clarity, automation, and alignment to how we reward success.
**About the Role**:
As part of the Commercial Operations team, you’ll play a critical role in optimising the effectiveness of TGE’s sales function. You’ll lead the end-to-end transformation of our SIP, ensuring it’s efficient and also aligned with business goals and performance outcomes.
You’ll work closely with the Sales Performance Manager, Finance, and People & Culture (Rem & Ben) teams to ensure our incentive structures are fair, motivating, and future-ready.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Redesign and lead the transformation of the Sales Incentive Program (SIP)
- Automate calculations and systemise reporting for greater accuracy and efficiency
- Improve transparency and trust in performance measurement and rewards
- Align incentives with business strategy, finance reporting, and governance standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in performance tracking
- Enable real-time visibility through dashboards, leaderboards, and streamlined reporting
- Lead roadmap development for SIP and performance tech enablement
**What Success Looks Like**:
- Reduced manual processes and improved system accuracy
- Timely and accurate release of targets, territories, and performance updates
- Increased sales team satisfaction with incentive transparency
- On-time delivery of SIP enhancements and roadmap milestones
**What You Bring**:
- 5+ years in sales operations, incentive program management, or performance transformation
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Experience with Excel (essential) and Power BI, CRM tools like Salesforce ( nice to have), and incentive systems
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
- A passion for empowering high-performing sales teams
- Experience in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma accreditation a plus)
