Nestled in the CBD, **The Bristol** is a newly refurbished, multi-faceted precinct, boasting a rooftop bar, cocktail lounge, public bar, sports bar, Greek restaurant, and premium nightclub space. **About the Role**:
We’re seeking friendly and enthusiastic **Wait Staff** to join our team at our Greek restaurant, **Ela Ela**. If you’re customer-focused, love working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for hospitality, this is the perfect opportunity to deliver exceptional service and be part of an exciting venue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and liaise with kitchen and bar teams
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally
- Maintain clean and organised tables and work areas
- Provide attentive service, anticipating guest needs and resolving any concerns
- Assist with restaurant setup, including table settings and polishing cutlery/glassware
- Support smooth service by collaborating with the team
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Follow all health, safety, and venue standards

**About You**
- Experience as wait staff in a restaurant, café, or bar environment preferred (fine dining or hatted experience a bonus, not essential)
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including lunch, dinner, and weekends
- Reliable, well-presented, and guest-focused
