About You

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about working within the NDIS sector, with a commitment to enhance lives. Here's what you'll need:
Experience: At least 6 months of professional care or relevant caregiving experience (Ideally within home care).

Qualifications: Relevant certifications in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability (Minimum Cert III).

Background Check: A National Police Check issued within the last 12 months.

ABN: An Australian Business Number (ABN) or willingness to obtain one.

Certifications: Valid CPR and First Aid Certificate.

Documentation: Statutory Declaration and relevant Photo IDs (100-point check).

Transport: An Australian Driver’s license with a reliable car to travel to client locations. (preferred)

Your Role

Your role will encompass:
Personal Care: Assisting with daily activities such as personal personal care, tailored to the unique needs of the client, including; toileting showering, feeding

Light Meal Preparation

Medication Management

Mobility Assistance: Assist clients with mobility challenges, transfers using hoists, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Ongoing Support: Offer consistent, personalised care that promotes independence, well-being, and quality of life for elderly clients.

At the end of each visit, you'll provide detailed and timely visit notes/progress reports, ensuring each client's care plan is accurately followed and adapted to their evolving needs.

Pay: $38.00 - $58.00 per hour

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
