Cladding King are a QLD based specialist builder, providing supply and installation of aluminium panels for installation on construction projects. We have had rapid growth over the last 4x years, recently relaunching under the Cladding King brand with a focus on new project leads and securing future work with builders (pivoting from previously installing under the banner of other cladding companies). We are a driven team of 3x in office and 12x on site installers with new warehouse facility opening soon in Nerang.

The Role:

- Entering data into quotation templates (Adobe Indesign and Google Docs), issuing to the client and following up to secure new work - must be confident, strategic and make a lasting impression on decision makers over the phone
- Managing builder and project lead database (Google sheet)
- Acting as a go between the admin team and the book keeper as required
- Creating new administration templates (Google Docs & Sheets)
- Ad hoc tasks such as ordering uniforms for the team, sourcing supplier quotes and ordering materials
- Some data entry of worker time logs into Profit & Loss spreadsheets (new system to be established with support of book keeper)
- Managing client weekly progress reports and ensuring receipt by client - Follow up site teams as required
- Assisting entering awarded projects in Microsoft Project for workload forecasting
- Office management eg maintaining stock and organisation (physical and online eg Google Drive controlling access as required for other workers)
- Providing new project document package for the client and team eg worker site inductions and issuing of project SWMS
- Document Control eg ensuring project SWMS are signed by Workers, Project Contracts are saved on the Google Drive and invoices / variations managed properly (in conjunction with book keeper)

Software Utilised:

- Outlook
- Google Docs & Sheet (equivalent to Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Microsoft Project (project forecast)
- Google drive
- Adobe Indesign & Canva
- Xero & Dext receipt management
- Online tender databases such as Estimate One
- Social media platforms Instagram & LinkedIn

Experience in construction is not essential but would greatly benefit the role (especially contracts administrator related experience), particularly understanding of construction terminology and ability to navigate drawing packages.

Details
- Immediate start
- Flexible hours available although it is critical they are aligned with the director to verbally communicate tasks (his typical day is 7am - 4pm)
- Flexibility to work remotely, must be available for in person meetings with office team 2-3 times a week to run through upcoming tasks (relocating to new warehouse premises on north Gold Coast within next 6 months)
- Role could suit a mum juggling young children or school drop off / pick up
- Warehouse located walking distance to Nerang train station

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
