Assistant Store Manager - Doncaster Vic

Have previous experience managing or co-managing a team
Maintain excellent communication skills
Create a positive and inspiring environment for our customers and team
Employ exceptional customer focus and service
Understand KPI's to drive yourself and the team
Have experience in recruiting, inducting, training and inspiring new talent
Maintain store presentation standards and employ brand awareness
Strong attention to detail
Energetic and adaptable in faced paced settings
Holistice retail strategist, providing exceptional customer experiences
Sales driven mindset with a track record of excededing targets
Strong retail background demonstarating consistent performance
Efficiencies in inventory management and stock flow optimisation
