Cable Haulers

**Full Time Employment**:

- **Civil Pit & pipe work**:

- **Cable Hauling work**:

- **TPG Telecom, Telstra, Optus &/or NBN Accreditations**:

- **Must be customer focused and always deliver superior levels of service**

**Position Details**:

- Cable Hauling - Fibre Cable & Copper Cable
- Rod & Roping of existing ducts / conduits
- Subduct installation
- Clearing Blockages via High Pressure flush &/or Dig-down & Repair
- DCAF - Duct study, TMH sheets & duct face photos
- Operating a cable hauling capstan Winch
- Reading and understanding of plans
- Pit & Pipe installers
- Breakouts into Telstra Manholes / Pits
- New pit installations
- Replacing existing pits
- Trenching - pipe conduit installations
- Fixing blockages
- Operating Grundomatt
- Locating third party services & reading DBYD plans

**Requirements**:

- Must have proven experience installing Pit & Pipe
- Must have proven experience in Cable Hauling
- Must have a drivers licence
- OH&S White card and sound knowledge of industry OH&S requirements
- Must be flexible with working hours
- Must be customer focused and able to deliver superior levels of service at all times

**Desirable but not Essential**:

- First Aid
- Traffic control tickets
- Confined Space Entry
- MR or HR drivers licence
- Experienced in operating a small excavator - 1.5 tonne & 3 tonne

**Salary**: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guildford West, NSW 2161: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
