Stocking the latest in fashion, luxury and sports eyewear this is a premium technical product so providing the highest level of customer service and knowledge to the customer is the number one priority. **The Role**:

- Help Drive Store Sales & KPI Targets
- Leading team of up to 5 with your Store Manager
- Weekly coaching and training
- Stock Management & Stocktake
- Visual Merchandising & Promotional Setup
- Providing a high level of customer service

**What we are looking for**:

- 2+ years of exp in a similar management role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A strong degree of autonomy
- Passion for premium and high-end products and service
- Must have Full AUS Working Rights.
