Toll Group is seeking a highly motivated Relocations Consultant to join our Government & Defence team. If you are a dynamic, proactive individual with exceptional communication and organizational skills, and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our innovative and industry leading company.

Based out of Melbourne, you will play a vital role in ensuring Defence personnel have a positive and satisfying relocation experience. This includes arranging and completing on site visits to residences to determine the scope of their move. As a Relocations Consultant, you will:

- Conduct detailed assessments of Defence personnel's removal needs
- Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the removals process
- Coordinate and plan the logistics of each removal, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including case managers, operations teams, and third-party vendors
- Offer professional advice and guidance on best practices for a successful move
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to removals, ensuring all information is up-to-date.

**Qualifications**:
***To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in customer service industry is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive and customer-oriented approach to work.
- Current C Class drivers licence
