**Description**:
THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Automotive Mechanic / Suspension Technician to join our Fulcrum Capalaba workshop. The Capalaba workshop is our largest store in the Fulcrum Suspensions network. Expect awesome work environment, variety of work, and positive job satisfaction.

$1500 sign-on bonus*
$3600 annual labour utilisation incentive on top of base rate*
Up to $3000 relocation allowance for moving expenses if relocating more than 500km*

**Skills and Experiences**:
ABOUT YOU

**To be considered for this role you must**:
Have demonstrated diagnostic experience
Be passionate about all things automotive and 4WD
Love a challenge and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Possess a friendly and confident demeanour, with a “can do” attitude
Have the ability to multi-task, whilst maintaining high attention to detail
Be able to work as part of a team
Have excellent people skills and be intuitive to customers’ needs
Have the ability to coach and mentor apprentices
