**Description**:
Day One ELC is seeking Certificate III quallified educators to join our wonderful team.

The role

Selection Criteria

You must hold:

- Certificate 3 qualification in children services (or studying towards)
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
- Current Blue Card
- 12 months experience working in a long day care centre or similar
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Prior experience and confidence with leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers
- Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families
- Ability to Implement stimulating programs, and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF
- Ability to observe and record children’s learning and contribute to their educational portfolios
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
