**The Opportunity**

Fantastic Opportunity for a **Data Analyst & Administrator** to be part of the West Region Delivery Team's Commissioning team, working on critical infrastructure to deliver design, construction, maintenance and facility management services. West Region Delivery Team will design, build, commission & maintain Sydney Water's assets across drinking water, wastewater and recycled water systems extending from Sydney’s Inner West suburbs to the Blue Mountains via Western Sydney Growth Area & North West Growth Centre.

**As an Asset Data Analyst and Administrator you will**:

- Provide information to design teams from Sydney Water's asset database
- Assist in managing the asset tags request process
- Coordinate regularly with Sydney Water's asset data management team
- Prepare templates for project teams' data input
- Facilitate project teams' data input (construction, commissioning, design) data input
- Upload asset data into Sydney Water proprietary database systems

**You will have**:

- Advanced excel skills with an eye to process improvement
- A methodical approach data uploads and project close-out
- Enthusiasm to work in a complex project environment
- Ability to analyse engineering drawings is beneficial but not essential
- Knowledge of asset management systems and database searches highly desirable
