**Experienced Dental Assistant/ Receptionist**

Are you an experienced dental assistant looking to move to a friendly, boutique, independently owned dental clinic?

Part-Time hours Monday Wednesday

We are busy, dental practice with 3 dentists located in the heart of Drummoyne. Close to public transport.Parking is available.

**Requirements**:

- Cert III dental assistance qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Eager to learn
- Self-motivated
- High standard of work ethics (responsible, honest, reliable, trust worthy, punctual)
- Well groomed
- Team player
- Able to multi-task
- Police check
- Remuneration will be based on your experience and qualifications

Starting ASAP

You need to be a good communicator, be punctual, and computer literate. Knowledge of EXACT software an advantage.

Main responsibilities include, and not limited to:
Dental Assisting duties include:

- Handing instruments to dentists
- Assisting patients
- Helping clinicians plan the day
- Preparing treatment rooms for procedures
- Strict infection control compliance.
- The successful applicant will have strong organisational skills and the ability to handle work under pressure.

Reception & Administration duties will include:

- Welcoming and screening patients
- General reception duties
- Identifying patient service needs
- Making & managing appointments
- General office tasks

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $59,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Dental assisting: 3 years (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 11/11/2024
