Inflatable World Miranda is looking for a full time Manager to run our fun weekend and weekday activities. Join a great team in an environment where you will be given all the training and support to thrive.

**OPERATING HOURS**
We are a 7 day a week business providing children's entertainment
Your role would include working weekends on a rotating roster including Saturday &/or Sundays during the day Monday to Friday working on the administration side.

**PART TIME OR FULL TIME**
The hours for this role are flexible and ready to make it your own. Your role could be anything from a casual 10 hours (one weekend shift) or up to 38 hours (full Manager responsibilities including office hours) depending on your needs and availabilities but you must be available to work a weekend every week we are open; either a Saturday, Sunday or Both. This role is a great opportunity for a mature aged person looking to return to the workforce or the ideal role for someone excited to get started in a new career or even someone looking for their very first job. Its a very fact paced, fun and varied role that is constantly changing and will give the right person great job satisfaction while being supported by a caring and inclusive Management team.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Office admin - as needed for a part time/full time role
- Managing, training and motivating weekend staff
- Problem solving and dealing with customers
- Hands on maintaining our high safety and cleanliness standards
- Cash Handling
- Managing our food & beverage kiosk, making coffees (all training provided)

**THE CANDIDATE**
- Some customer service experience but no necessary as all training will be provided
- The ability to work as part of a team and provide direction to staff
- Available weekends, some school holidays and some weekdays
- Enjoy working with Children
