**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Casual Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at Body Fit Training Pascoe Vale. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing personalised fitness guidance and support during each session. As a Casual Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sessions, creating a comfortable environment for clients to train in and assisting our members reach their fitness goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct group training sessions, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience.
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients, helping them stay committed to their fitness journey.
- Monitor and track clients’ progress, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continued improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organised training environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere within the training space.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Fitness (cert IV is favorable)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Proven experience as a personal trainer or in a similar fitness role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Flexible availability to accommodate varying schedules.
