We have an
exciting opportunity for a Clinical Education Team Leader, you
will help establish and lead Warrigal’s new Clinical
Education tea m of Clinical
Nurse Educators and Workplace Care Trainers. Leading the team you
will ensure Warrigal’s employees have the right clinical and
care skills required to provide safe and quality care to our
customers.

**To be successful you will have**:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the
Australian Health Practice Regulatory Agency (AHPRA).

A relevant clinical or education post-registration
qualification and/or substantial clinical and education
experience.

Team Leader/Supervisor/Learning and development (clinical
nurse educator) experience.

Highly developed critical thinking and interpersonal skills
with the ability to positively influence and engage with a
range of stakeholders.

The ability to lead strategic, organisational-wide
initiatives incorporating engaging, contemporary learning
practices, underpinned by adult learning principles.

Demonstrated experience and understanding of
competency-based assessments related to clinical care.

Warrigal is a 24/7 Aged Care Service Provider and you must be
able to travel (across Illawarra, Southern Highlands and ACT
regions) and work outside of standard hours as needed to train
shift workers.
