- Opportunity for Casual Operators at Campbell’s Shepparton to support the 2026 Season. The role of a Machine Operator is to operate machinery and equipment working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives on challenges and can provide practical solutions to complex problems and has the competency to run machinery and equipment.

** There are multiple positions available commencing from December 2025.**- ** The Accountabilities**:

- Working in various areas of the Production Facility
- Set up, changeovers, operating and troubleshooting of equipment within Campbell's OH&S, Quality and Performance Standards
- Completion of quality control checks online
- Perform process area cleaning to maintain company compliance, GMP and HACCP standards.
- Work autonomously and as team member to deliver daily production requirements against performance criteria-
- **The Ingredients for Success**:

- Just like you can’t make Real Stock Chicken without our chicken stock, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role**:

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work full-time hours (38hrs per week across Monday - Friday) on day or afternoon shift, plus overtime when applicable.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a proven ability to troubleshoot on machines and problem solve the quality attributes of our products
- Understanding of team, safety, and quality operating principles in a food manufacturing environment
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal-
