The Supervisor Ground Service Equipment (GSE) & Tooling is responsible for the supervision of the day-to-day operation of Network Turbine Solutions Engineering Tool Store and GSE. This responsibility includes maintaining compliance of all aeronautical tooling and GSE with respects to inspections and calibration needs while adhering to regulatory, quality, and operational requirements. In addition, this role is to ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided with the emphasis on efficient Tooling and GSE support meeting the company objectives including the highest levels of safety and compliance as well as providing leadership, guidance, and training to their team. As the GSE & Tooling supervisor you will lead a small team you will be required to set and drive high standards through excellent leadership.

You’ll have:
- 2 years experience working in a mechanical tooling or equipment compliance environment- Experience leading small diverse teams- Experience in liaison with vendors/suppliers- Ability to collaborate with, present to, and influence within the Engineering Leadership Team- Strong time management and organisational skills- Ability to identify process improvement and design then follow through to development of procedures- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills-
- Sound administrative skills with demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office suite- Current Forklift Ticket desirable
