**Title**: Team Member(Casual)

**Reports to**: Business Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Leader

**Position Objective**: To always deliver an amazing experience to our customers and to create an environment that makes customers and Team Members feel good. To always make and provide healthy, low-fat products that taste good in the cleanest and most sanitary environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Experience**:

- Create a Boost experience for every customer every time.
- Follow the 3 steps of service at ‘Register’ and the 3 steps of service at ‘Pour Up’
- Be a product knowledge Guru so that you can help our Boost Customers make informed decisions.
- Strive to deliver the best product as per the Operational Procedure Guides (SOP’s) and report any problems to Shift Manager

**Being a Boostie**
- Actively seek opportunities to work as a Team and be open & honest at all times
- Act professionally at all times
- Attend team meetings and events where possible and participate in promotional activities of the store including working at off-site events as detailed by manager
- Attend all training courses as specified by Boost
- Exhibit the “Boost Vibe” and a fun atmosphere with all Team Members while maintaining work standards, efficiency and effectiveness

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $15.00 - $43.96 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
