We are currently expanding our Successful Merchandising field teams and are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join a **New Dedicated Team** working with **Australia's Number 1 Tobacco Company** servicing and supporting our successful partnership within retailers.

As a Strikeforce Merchandiser you will work within an allocated territory calling on stores to complete various tasks for our clients and building strong relationships with the store managers to ensure optimal product distribution and store presence.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring the clients products are well represented at store level
- Managing stock levels in conjunction with store ordering systems with a key focus on reducing out of stock items
- Ensuring retailers comply to agreed terms and resolving issues
- Developing lasting relationships with store personnel
- Accurately recording all actions taken and results achieved
- Reporting field intelligence to head office via Area Manager
- Executing tasks, building displays, erecting Point-of-sale and stock management in line with and exceeding our clients expectations

**What you will need**
- Own Smart Device for reporting purposes
- Current State Drivers Licence & Reliable Roadworthy Vehicle
- Have full Australian working rights & be over the age of 18
- Be Physically fit - Bending & Lifting - Carrying stock (Max 16 kgs)
