We’re searching for an experienced bookkeeper to join our family-owned recruitment business in an ongoing role for 10 hours per week.
Working from home, you’ll have the opportunity to choose your own hours (within regular business hours), with occasional in-person meetings required in Broadbeach, Gold Coast.
This is the perfect opportunity if you’re looking for a secure, well-established client that values your need for stability.
**You’ll make a big impact by being responsible for**:
- Data entry, bank reconciliations, running monthly reports
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable across both organisations
- Fortnightly payroll processing
- Assisting with personal finances
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks
**Your experience and skills look like this**:
- Minimum two years bookkeeping experience
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Excellent experience using Xero and Excel
- Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
