We are looking for a dedicated and professional Assistant Educator who are motivated**,**passionate & enthusiastic about children. Childcare is a very rewarding occupation, but it requires a certain degree of commitment, so you will need to have an excellent work ethic, an organised nature and know how to have fun. If you would like to work in a happy environment, providing **EXCELLENT** quality Early Childhood Education programs, then we would like to hear from you. **Details of the position**: - **POSITION: Assistant Educator Hero Role** - This is a full-time permanent role covering our staff so they can go on leave. We would prefer Certificate 3 qualified or studying towards it. **Requirements**: - All applicants MUST hold a current blue card. - Certificate 3 or higher is preferred. **Our Centre has** - Plentiful Resources & Equipment - Fully Air Conditioned, Spacious Classrooms - Large Playground - Friendly, Qualified Staff of all ages - Supportive Leadership Team including a full-time non-contact Educational Leader to support you in your role and access to our qualified Counsellor & HR Manager to support your mental health. - Regular Professional Development Opportunities - Paid Non-Contact Hours - ______________________________ **Please note** _a 6-month probationary period will apply. the successful applicant will be required to obtain a "suitability card" if they do not already have one.
