**Australian Workforce **is seeking** Service Technician** on full time permanent basis who will ideally have experience in the production/packaging/food industry. Role is based in Dandenong South.

**Hours**: Monday -Friday 8.30 - 5pm and available for overtime when required.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Service Technician position is responsible for ensuring allocatedInstallations / Scheduled services and customer breakdowns are managed and
executed in a timely manner with excellence in customer response and service.
Reporting directly to the Technical Operations Manager you will assist the in
the followings areas of the business - preparing equipment for Installation,
Liaising with customers on installation requirements, Factory acceptances tests,
Installations at customer’s site, Operator and engineering training programs,
Equipment commissioning, Break downs and equipment repairs, general
servicing, Customer trials, preparing samples and offering technical support
internally were required for office and sales staff.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES IN REGARDS TO INSTALLATION**:

- Liaising with customer service for delivery dates
- Scheduling installation / Commissioning and training for allocated projects
- Liaising with customer with on delivery timings and requirements
- Preparation of equipment / Testing before installation
- Installing and commissioning equipment
- Training Operators on Equipment
- Training Engineers of Equipment

**Internal Support**
- Support all sales staff with any technical question or research
- Assist customer service on spare parts
