**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead API integration projects, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development

**Required Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- 10+ years in the IT industry
- 6+ years in Web API development
- Proven experience in.NET and AWS
- Hands-on experience in API integrations
- Previous work experience in the banking domain

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
