**The details**:

- Permanent Full Time (2 positions available) | 9 day fortnight
- $68,586 pa (includes industry allowance and uniform allowance) + super (level 4)
- 76 hour fortnight
- Narangba Depot & Burpengary Depot locations (please note, the Burpengary based position will be moving to our Narangba Depot location in the coming months)

Play a crucial role in maintaining City of Moreton Bay’s concrete infrastructure. In this hands-on role, you’ll be performing general labouring tasks on concrete construction and maintenance projects.

Your responsibilities include:

- Performing concrete construction, maintenance, and general labouring tasks efficiently
- Maintaining positive and professional relationships with staff and the public.
- Supporting different crews across the region to ensure consistent service.
- Conducting maintenance inspections on civil infrastructure.
- Following safety guidelines as well as Council roperly using and maintaining equipment, including personal protective gear.

**About you**

Ideally, you have recent experience in concrete works, particularly in placing, levelling, and finishing various types of concrete to precise specifications.

We’re looking for applicants who have:

- strong concrete knowledge and physical capability to perform manual tasks safely.
- demonstrated hands-on experience in a manual role.
- excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
- a current truck licence (minimum Medium Rigid).
- a Construction Induction Card.
