Our business is a growing mobile accessories & repair company, and is seeking a **hands-on Store Manager** to join our team in Campbelltown.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day store operations (sales, stock, repairs, customer service)
- Lead and motivate a small team to meet sales targets
- Manage inventory, stock ordering & product displays
- Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Maintain store presentation & compliance
- Assist in promotions and social media presence

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail management or supervisory experience (mobile/tech industry preferred)
- Excellent leadership & customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving & organizational abilities
- Reliable, motivated & able to work independently
