**The Position**

We are searching for a Full-time Employment Services Officer to work in our Employment Services, team located at our Salisbury site, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**
- Helping DES jobseekers identify their skills and abilities.
- Creating a clear pathway to employment for jobseekers through personal Job Plans.
- Building relationships with employers to identify and create employment opportunities.
- Conducting reverse marketing activities focused on finding job opportunities that are a match to jobseekers skills and abilities
- Increasing jobseekers’ capacity for employment (through training, referral to counselling or other support services, coaching in job search skills)
- Providing thorough Post Placement Support to employers and jobseekers

**Requirements include**:
A current DHS Disability Services Employment Screening or NDIS Worker Screening, a National Police Check and a Working with Children Check is required for this role.
