**THE ROLE**

Your role will be to effectively manage all aspects of our reception;
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Book patient appointments and promote our services
- Process all patient Invoice Receipts using HICAPS
- Follow up patients on appointments, treatments and recalls
- Experience in the surgery, with Infection control, and sterilisation would be preferred but not essential.
- Position is vailable for immediate start

**ABOUT YOU**
- You have demonstrated experience working in a busy dental practice..
- You are punctual, reliable, have pride in presentation, proactive ,and have great organizational skills showing good detail with your admin skills
- **Preferred MINIMUM OF 1 YEARS** experience in working in all areas of front desk within the dental industry
- Exceptional customer service
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient in dental software Dental 4 Windows preferred but not essential
- Dental Assistant experience preferred but not essential

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (required)
