Warehouse Supervisor

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a highly organised and performance driven individual to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment while being a confident leader. If you have an interest in the skincare industry - even better

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will be managing a small team onsite at our Head office in Oxford Falls. You will be supervising the daily warehouse operations and ensuring that all customer orders are dealt with quickly and efficiently in line with our dispatch timeframes. You will be making sure quality and accuracy standards are in line with our customers’ and our company’s expectations.
- This hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm._

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct ongoing performance review conversations with team members
- Manage training across warehouse team members
- Ensure quality control processes are adhered to
- Supervise dispatch timeframes
- Manage dispatch and receipt of stock
- Ordering and forecasting of warehouse consumables
- Lead and manage annual stocktake and interim rolling stock takes
- Manage returns/ faulty products
- Consistent point of contact with customer service team/staff members
- Maintain workplace OH&S Policies

**Skills Required**:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Be able to lift boxes up to 15kg correctly
- Excellent attention to detail, strong time management & organisational skills
- Clear communicator with friendly demeanour
- Confident supervising a small team
- Ability to make decisions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working autonomously and within a team to deliver the highest standard of customer service
- Permanent resident of Australia.
