We are seeking a skilled and talented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at The Cookie Box As a Kitchen Assistant, your main responsibility will be to make dough for our delicious cookies.

**Location: Windsor**

**Hours: 30 to 35hours per week**

**Roster: Monday to Friday - between 6/7am to 4pm**

**Salary: Casual basis, award rates.**

**NO STUDENT VISA - You need to be legally able to work full-time hours.**

Key Requirements:

- Experience in a bakery or food preparation environment is essential.
- Basic math skills are required to accurately measure and mix ingredients.
- Strong organizational skills are a must.
- Must be able to carry up to 25kg.
- Excellent time management skills to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Be able to commute in Windsor early morning. (6/7am)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare cookie dough according to established recipes and guidelines.
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in managing inventory by tracking ingredient quantities.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of orders.
