Key Responsibilities

Loan Documentation and Credit Application
- Request the data and public or non-public information for Due Diligence
- Loan documentations and reviewing the available documents
- Disbursement the new deal and management the loan documents

Loan Monitoring
- Searching the new potential transactions
- Researching the Australian Syndicated Loan market
- Producing weekly market reports

Loan administration
- Disbursement in accordance with Credit Approval and Finance Documents
- Interest/fee and repayment management
- Covenant Checks, post management of syndicated Loan

- Key qualifications/skills required
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or Law
- Preferably experienced related with Syndication Deal sourcing, analyzing, managing in a bank or financial institution
- Preferably certificate holder related with finance, account (CPA, CFA, FRM, etc)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and fluency in Korean is required
- Strong attention to detail, numerical reasoning and analytical skills
- Strong team player
