**The Role: Associate Scheduler**
Join our dynamic team as an Associate Scheduler, where you'll play a pivotal role in planning and monitoring project timelines, resources, and budgets. Collaborate closely with project managers to develop and maintain integrated master schedules, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera and Microsoft Project.
- Monitor project progress, identify variances, and support corrective actions.
- Prepare and contribute to monthly reporting and dashboards.
- Support Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation and reporting.
- Participate in risk analysis and schedule risk assessments.
**Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:
- TAFE or tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project planning and controls.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
- Strong understanding of project management lifecycle and EVM principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
