Our client is aa General Surgeon with an interest in treating skin and soft tissue tumours as well as management of thyroid disease. An opportunity has become available for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the surgeon with day to day duties of a growing practice.

Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

- Acting as first point of contact to patients
- Managing inbound calls in a professional manner
- Booking appointments for patients
- General administration including patient accounts, banking procedures, account invoicing and debt collection
- Chasing referrals and patient results
- Health fund Checks
- Hospital billings
- Sending out Quotations
- Using patient management system and other electronic interfaces
- Prepare patient surgery and information packs
- Experience using Gentu will be an advantage
