Our client is a national law firm looking for an Office Manager to join their Sydney office.

**About the Role |**

Reporting to the firm's executive team, this officer manager will be responsible for:

- Training staff
- Invoice manager
- supervision of floor plans, access cards and office maintenance
- Partner onboarding
- Arranging newstarters (desk management and the like)
- Building management liaison
- Overseeing office operations staff such as reception, mailroom and corporate services.

**About You |**
- Strong communication skills
- 3years + experience in office operations or corporate services
- ability to manage direct reports, and internal external stakeholders
- collaborative and team player personality.
