** Job description**:

- Establish and refine technical specifications and standards pertaining to logistics and warehouse operations.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain through analysis and optimisation of inventory management and distribution processes.
- Devise strategies to boost project warehousing operation capacity, closely monitoring production capacity and proposing solutions to overcome challenges.
- Create and implement storage layout plans, considering storage equipment and other variables to optimise storage operation arrangements.
- Streamline warehousing operations in accordance with specific enterprise processes, enhancing efficiency.
- Conduct regular safety checks on personnel wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), inspecting Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), machine operations, and other equipment and resources used in warehousing operations. Promptly troubleshoot and rectify any issues to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Define staffing requirements, establish operational rhythms, and set consumable standards in alignment with storage operation standards.
- Leverage engineering skills to thoroughly examine coordinating area operations, pinpointing areas for potential improvements in efficiency, resource utilisation, and overall performance.
- Create comprehensive documentation of refined processes, workflows, and best practises, facilitating consistent implementation and knowledge sharing among factory workers and area managers.
- Implement the company guidelines and procedures and report any incidents and near misses to maintain a smooth and safe working environment.

**Qualifications/Attributes**:

- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Must possess at least a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Must have mechanical aptitude and engineering skills.
- A motivated and cooperative team member.
- Must have attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- High-level understanding of warehouse operation systems and processes.

**Salary Range**: $70,000 - $90,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Gardening: 1 year (preferred)
