Disability Support Worker

Supporting clients with community participation (including transport assistance and social activities engagement)
- Supporting with domestic tasks
- Behaviour observation and support
- Assessing clients to determine continuing needs
- Assistance in building client self-image and self-confidence.
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of clients with disabilities.
- Facilitating community development initatives to address issues and needs of people with disablitilies when relevant.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in working with people with autism and mental health
- Good skills in negotiation and dealing with challenging behaviours.
- Enthusiasm, flexibility and patience.
- Female and Australian background only (as per client's request)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $35.00 per hour
