Stem Teacher

We are looking for teachers who are enthusiastic about teaching and inspiring the next generation. The work environment is enjoyable and flexible, allowing you to work around your university schedule and other obligations.
- Engineering Qualification (Bachelor/master) or Completed Year 12 (VCE or equivalent) from Australia, New Zealand, or similar or Completing a teaching degree.
- Proven work experience as an Elementary School Teacher or similar role
- The ability to communicate in ways students will understand, as well as with parents and administrators
- The physical and mental stamina to keep up with high-energy grade school students
- Familiar with robotics and coding
- Great at communicating with kids, parents and staff
- Logical and analytical skills
- Able to manage a team and delegate tasks
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to perform ad-hoc tasks including setting up the venue, carrying the kits, and cleaning up afterwards
- Self-driven and self-motivated
- Long-term commitment preferred.

**Essential requirements**:

- Working With Children Check (Employee) or willingness to Obtain one
- Access to own car and valid driving license (ESSENTIAL)
- Double vaccinated (ESSENTIAL) (booster if applicable)
- Willing to travel to several camp locations

**PLEASE NOTE**:This is a part-time opportunity with shifts ranging from 5 hours to 10 hours per week and only on weekdays based upon your availability.
