**Your new role**
- Lead the scheduling of design work for customer requested grid connection and relocation projects across internal teams and external vendors to meet agreed Design Required by dates
- Lead the delivery of construction scope of work preparation based off approved design drawings for new customer requested Western Power grid infrastructure
- Lead the delivery of customer engagement on their project prior to construction start, including customer site readiness and customer scope of work accountability
- Lead the ordering of materials, including long lead items, and contractor delivered services
- Lead the scheduling of construction work across internal teams and external contractors to meet agreed Required in Service dates
- Lead processing change controls to projects across design and construction
- Contribute to and lead process improvements and change
- Work portfolio reporting for design and construction scheduling

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Extensive experience in Project and Program management technical experience preferably within an electrical or utilities environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to produce high quality outputs and present complex concepts.
- Demonstrated industry knowledge and experience of scheduling and reporting tools
- Degree qualified in relevant focus areas (e.g. business administration, project/program management, contract management or engineering
- Experience in managing teams of up to 20 multi-disciplined professional employees
