Partnering with the Management team of the store, your role as Team Leader is integral to inspire and develop our service and selling team to deliver high performance and exceed customer expectations. Lead and motivate the team to develop creative ways to drive sales targets and impact as well as ensuring our customers receive personal attention by creating an exceptional in-store experience.

You will also have the opportunity to accelerate your retail career and develop your leadership skills with an abundance of learning and development to provide you with the confidence to become a future member of the Myer store management team.

To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours, including fortnightly weekends.

**Your Background**:

- People leadership / supervisory experience within a retail homewares and electrical environment
- Retail sales experience with proven customer service and selling skills
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with the management team of the store, team members and customers
- Time management, prioritisation with a strong work ethic and problem solving skills
- Passion for customer service and a love of retail
