$75,000 - $80,000 plus Super

**About Us**:
Canning Orchard is family owned business for last three generations. We are primary producing company in the area. We specialise in harvesting seasonal fruit like apples, pears, summer fruits and persimmons.

Due to the ever growing workload and operational requirements, we are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Agricultural and Horticultural Mobile Plant Operator to join us on a Full Time, Permanent basis.

**The Role**:

- Spraying of crops during seeding
- Prepare soil for new plantations as necessary
- Use the Tractor driven or automatic plant system to plough land and fertilise it
- Regular maintenance of the orchard and the plant
- Removing the dead plants as necessary and sow new ones
- Fencing
- Harvest production (header driving, truck driving)
- Regular maintenance of the plant and other machines with mechanical repairs
- Keeping log tallies and writing work reports

**Qualification and Experience Required**:

- Relevant Australian or Overseas equivalent qualification is desirable
- 3-4 years relevant experience in similar role is necessary

**Skills and Tickets for the job**:

- Must speak English.
- Must be available to do work shifts.
- Must have Truck Driving Licence
- Working with Heights
- Working with Chemicals
- White Card

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
