Over the last five years, Robert Plumb Fix, has grown into the renovations and additions arm of Robert Plumb Build, a premium residential building company. There is a clear focus on delivering a comprehensive renovation package, managing the entire building process through close collaboration with architects and interior designers, with the aim of making it a seamless client experience, and creating homes that are beautiful in design and meticulous in structure.
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join our strong dynamic team of skilled tradesmen, who take pride in the expertise they bring to each build and in delivering work of the highest standard. Our projects are mostly in the Eastern Suburbs and North Shore of Sydney.
**About the Role**
Our Site Foremen are integral in the successful delivery and completion of each project. Leading a team of Carpenters, Apprentices and Sub-contractors, these roles are responsible for the end to end delivery of the project, with a solid understanding of building principles, architectural details, site set out and all associated management requirements for each site.
**Responsibilities**
- Interpreting and executing site plans, construction drawings and scope of works
- Site setout
- Manage site supplies, materials and equipment
- Team leadership
- Meticulous carpentry and finishing skills
- Stakeholder management
- Coordination and managing other trades and sub-contractors
- Support/lead Apprentices
- Responsible for workplace health and safety
**Skills & experience**
- Minimum 3+ years post trade high end residential experience
- Meticulous eye for detail
- High quality workmanship
- Team player
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
**Qualifications/Certificates**
- Cert IV Construction Management or Diploma (preferable)
- Cert III Carpentry
- Drivers licence
- White card
