**Kindergarten Teacher Role**:
We would like to welcome an early childhood teacher who can lead, deliver and document an educational program that celebrates the power of play, recognising children's competence and emerging skills.

**About our Centre**:
Our centre was recently rated EXCEEDING by ACECQA. Our centre is licensed to 178 children, with 2 floors, underground parking and 4 outdoor areas for the children to enjoy. It is set in a beautiful area with bus stops and coffee shops nearby. At Explorers we bring the children, families, peers and community together as a whole when we run our Enrichment Program. Our educators really enjoy being a part of these programs and this also gives them the opportunity to learn more about Gardening & Sustainability, Creative Arts and Language

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor and support your team in the design of inviting learning environments and learning experiences
- Foster and support children's engagement, thinking, learning and well being
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with children, families and the community
- Contribute in staff meetings and work as part of a team in the whole centre

**Key requirements**:

- An approved ECT qualification
- VIT registration
- Experience running a 3-4yr kinder room
- Passion for providing quality learning environments for children
- Commitment and professionalism
- A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- A good understanding of the Reggio Emilia Approach
- First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Working rights
