We are interested in hearing from applicants who are available for a mix of morning and afternoon/evening shifts on both weekdays and weekends. Roles can be part-time or casual (with potential to become full-time), with flexibility to suit your schedule.

As a casual or part-time Team Member you will work in either the Customer Service, Deli, Grocery or Fruit & Veg department. Although previous experience will be well regarded, it is not essential.

**You will need**:

- A friendly attitude, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of competence in written and spoken English
- A love of working with food
- Energy, self-motivation and efficiency and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to take direction and show initiative
- The ability to comprehend and follow company procedures and regulations (particularly regarding food handling and Workplace Health and Safety)
- Ongoing daytime availability for at least 3-4 shifts per week. Your standard roster will be agreed based on operational needs as well as your availability.
