Commercial Administrator

**Key Responsibilites**:

- Distribution of customer invoices (daily) and monthly statements- Allocation of payment remittances-
- Collection of all overdue invoices-
- Reconcile customer accounts-
- Investigate and resolve customer queries-
- End of month reporting requirements-
- Update and maintain databases and systems-
- Work in ohter gbranch administration/operational areas as required-
- Active involvement in the continuous improvement of the administrative process**About You**:

- Experience in accounts receivable and/or administration roles
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or at least 3 years relevant administrative experience
- Analytically minded and have sound computer skills
- High level organisational skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Problem solving
