**Responsibilities**:

- Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat, including beef, pork, poultry, and lamb.
- Ensure all meat products are displayed attractively and adhere to our high-quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including recommendations and answering queries about meat products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a butcher or in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a food handling environment.
