**Afternoon Production Team Leader - FMCG - Ongoing Role - Market Leader - Central Coast**

Our client is seeking a responsible and dedicated individual to assist in the managing of production crew output, behavior, and accuracy as well as ensuring staff are complying with quality control compliance and standards.
- Managing breaks and rotating duties amongst staff to ensure ongoing cross-training of skills and experience and variation or manual repetition.
- Ensuring ongoing support of the team with the supply of resources for production materials and supplies.
- Ensuring staff adheres to safety standards relating to manual duties as well as maintaining their work environment in a clean, orderly, and safe manner. Reporting incidents, near misses, and maintenance issues promptly and in detail to ensure efficient corrective actions.
- Working closely with QA to support their requirements and standards per GMP compliance needs.
- Reporting to internal and external staff managers to ensure ongoing feedback on behavior and performance.
- Reporting to managers on production issues, and constraints as well as providing input on improvement possibilities for review and possible implementation.
- Assisting managers with paperwork once trained and compliant.

This role is suited to people who have a similar history in FMCG food production. Hands-on duties are a requirement of the role and as such applicants will need to be fit and able to undertake manual tasks without risk of aggravating any physical idiosyncrasies.

Applicants must also be able to pass drug and alcohol testing at any time whilst on assignment.
