**About the Role**
As a Maintenance Handyperson, you’ll deliver a high standard of property maintenance services across the Eurobodalla region, looking after maintenance at our **Dalmeny, Moruya, Crown Gardens and The Clyde **sites.

**To Be Successful You Will Have**
- A current Drivers License
- Demonstrated experience in a general maintenance, carpentry, cleaning or other relevant trade roles
- An unrestricted current drivers licence and the ability to travel to other IRT sites in the Illawarra area as required
- A trade qualification (desirable)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work flexible hours
- A demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to use technology such as smart devices and computers
