Marketing Specialist

Due to the recent surge in business, we are looking to employ a Marketing Specialist who meets the below criteria.

**Salary: $80,000 - $90,000**

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Experimenting with various organic and paid lead acquisition channels
- Research current trends in marketing technology. Develop concepts that drive differentiation.
- Use latest techniques to design presentation materials and brochures
- Develop market-specific marketing plans, including market research, advertising plan, PR, tradeshows, and community involvement
- Manage all aspects of internal marketing and communication, including internal website and company meetings
- Analyse data regarding consumer patterns and preferences and developing appropriate marketing strategy
- Prepare marketing reports for monthly strategy meetings
- To meet or exceed annual key objectives as prescribed by the Company Strategy
- End-to-end accountability for all current and ongoing online marketing projects
- Manage and maintain all project public relations - ground-breaking events, openings, ceremonies, press releases, website.
- Supporting business growth and development through preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs.
- Attend meetings, conferences, and lunches to network with others in the industry.

**Essential Skills Required**
- A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
- Ability to drive sales and positive personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- To be able to work well under pressure

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- Banksmeadow, NSW 2019: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 5 years (required)
